Most of the homes being sold in Southern Nevada today are bank-owned homes, (also known as repos, foreclosures, or REOs). And it's not likely to change for a while. Foreclosures are the biggest deals in town right now. Here are some current (as of March 18th) foreclosure lists that I update every week.

Rather than breaking them up by price, I've provided lists of foreclosures based on popular neighborhoods in Las Vegas and Henderson. It's my belief that the foreclosures in these well-known neighborhoods will provide the biggest resale upside for investors and home owners when the market once again becomes robust somewhere down the line.
