The Hunt
Then the fun begins…the actual looking. Statistics say that 80% of home buyers look online first when buying a home. Then again, those were last week’s statistics. Today, as of about 15 minutes ago, the stats are probably hovering around 95%.

Either way, you will be getting up-to-date listings. Some search engines will show you homes that are already under contract, and even sometimes homes that have already sold and closed!
The Money
This really ought to be the first thing, chronologically, in this buyers section, because everything hinges on it upon the financing. I went back and forth on putting a link to a lender here so you could pre-qualify, but I finally decided to leave one off. I work with 4 or 5 different mortgage lenders, and I usually try to match my clients with the one or two they’d work best with. So we’ll figure this out together.
